Understanding of Why It Exists: The root cause of the problem.
Initial Target Market (Users and/or Customers): The type of people who will experience the problem, and will use or purchase your product.
Size of Market: total number of the people listed above and/or amount of money spent on the problem.
Interviews with Target Market Members: Find 20 people from the Target Market and conduct a short interview via phone/video call, or email interview them to see how much they know about the problem your team has identified. Use those results as the basis for your solution.
Value Proposition: One sentence description of what the user needs to solve their problem. Think of it as the inverse of the problem.
